When will my order ship?

Generally, all orders will be shipped in 24 hours.

If any product in the order is out of stock, we will contact you via email to check with you.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect, invalid or incomplete shipping address it will be processed as a return and a refund issued. We're sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email to the address provided.

If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folder or verify the correct email address was entered. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order once it has placed?

We aim to process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help with any changes or cancellations before your order ships.

If you want to cancel, send a mail to service@iigen.com as soon as possible.

Wrong or Missing Items

We are so sorry that you received the wrong item or are missing an item!

Please feel free to reach out to our service team for additional help, just send your order number ready & a photo of the item received if incorrect, service@iigen.com.

 

Why was my package marked as “delivered” but it was not?

Please try checking with your neighbors and your local postal office. Sometimes carriers will mark packages as being “delivered”, but not actually deliver them until the next day or later in the evening.

If you are unable to track down your package, please let us know by sending your name and order number with a description of the issue you are experiencing.
